You can call on our bank of qualified and experienced staff when you need emergency placements or cover for holiday and sickness absence.
You can rely on Brooks & Brooks for out of hours support. We act swiftly when asked to fulfil an immediate requirement and are able to provide support workers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
CANDIDATES' qualifications and experience
Our bank staff are qualified to at least NVQ level 2.
We offer all candidates the opportunity to attain Level 3/5 NVQs in Caring for Children and Young People or to gain qualifications in health and social care related subjects.
All candidates are DBS checked and knowledgeable in Every Child Matters and Care Standard Guidelines.
